Since June 1st a batch of new interns has been working really hard in a new project. JuanCa is one of them and quoting his team leader “he cares about others, does a lot of research and is very tidy”. He lives in Heredia, Costa Rica, and is passionate about cycling, photography, and music.

I asked JuanCa a few questions. What does he have to say?

How would you describe yourself?

As a friendly, analytical, and hardworking person.

How do you enjoy your free time?

Practicing sports and music. Mainly cycling and electric guitar. I also enjoy watching the stars and doing astrophotography. And obviously, video games are also an important part of my free time.

Best series you have ever watched? 

Breaking Bad, Sneaky Pete, Brooklyn 99, and Friends.

Mountain or Beach? 

Why not both?

Do you practice any sports (adventure, extreme, endurance)? 

Cycling.

What kind of music do you like?

A lot, but my favorite artists would be Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Kendrick Lamar, and Tool.

What are your top 5 books of all the time?

What is the most exciting part of being a Software Developer?

All the gadgets we enjoy having and the fact that you get to create functional things that most of the time change how we interact with anything: devices, purchases, health, travel, economy, basically everything around us is software-centered nowadays.
