The idea of a Human Resources internship is that senior students apply their theoretical knowledge, skills, and abilities in processes of recruitment, selection, exposure, and reinforcement of organizational culture.
Milena is one of the interns who has developed this role and working close to her has being a great experience. I would like to know her better, so, I asked a few questions…
How do you describe yourself?
I consider myself a persistent and fighter person, sociable, I love working in a team and get to know different people.
How do you enjoy your free time?
I love spending time with family and watch Soccer matches.
Best series you have ever watched?
I have an obsession with Prison Break.
Mountain or the beach?
I really like both, but if I need to choose, I’ll pick up mountain, I love cold weather.
Do you practice any sports (adventure, extreme, endurance)?
Currently no, but time ago I used to practice extreme activities, Bungee is incredible.
What kind of music do you like?
I actually listen to almost everything, but I do love POP music, like Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, and Maroon 5.
What are your top books of all the time?
I could say that I love reading and there are many books that have left a mark on me, but there is definitely one that marked my life ” You Always Change the Love of Your Life (for Another Love or Another Life)” and no, it was not because I lost a love hahaha, I read it at a time in my life in which I needed to understand what life gives us wonderful things and sometimes we don’t know how to value them.
What are your top 5 movies of all the time?
It is difficult to choose 5 movies, but:
- Avengers (all the movies).
- Harry Potter.
- Seven Pounds.
- Edward Scissorhands.
What is the most exciting part of the Internship Program?
Learning, not only in the area in which I’m currently working but learning from very talented people who are part of this company. Also, growing in the HR department and gaining professional experience.
What are your goals for this year?
Taking all the opportunities that come in my way and be able to find a job.
