The Human Resources internships are intended for senior students to put their theoretical knowledge, skills, and abilities into practice in the fields of recruitment, selection, exposure, and reinforcement of the organizational culture.

Valeria is one of the interns who has developed this role and worked in an excellent way with her team. I know we all would like to know her better, so I asked her some questions….

How do you describe yourself?

I describe myself as a funny, empathic, sociable, and spontaneous person. It’s easy for me to work whit people of all ages.

How do you enjoy your free time?

Well… I love spending time with people I love and play with my dog, he is my baby. I like to take walks o just being in bed seen something on tv.

Mountain or the beach?

Both but I would say beach.

Do you practice any sports (adventure, extreme, endurance)?

No, I think I don’t have any skills in sports so for exercise I run or dance mostly.

What kind of music do you like?

Maybe can be easier to say which one I don’t like, because a enjoy many genders like pop, alternative rock, reggae, salsa, merengue, etc.

What is the most exciting part of the Internship Program?

The opportunity to learn with practice and grow in experience in so many things. Besides work and play your ideas to make a change, it’s like seeing your talent

What are your goals for this year?

Grow in self-love, self-respect, looking peace in simple things, don’t be so hard to my self and believe so much more in my skills so I can start some projects
