Sky Park is a residential development located in San Jose, Costa Rica, with 5 towers of apartments of 7 levels, each one with amenities and innovation of services that will allow you to have a more integral lifestyle. Sky Park offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with an emphasis on design and detail.

Challenge:
They needed a self-management system to let residents of the condominium to access and schedule-to-use some different amenities like pool, events room, business center, yoga deck, BBQ area, tools library, and more.
They also wanted to ensure the communication between residents and condominium managers.

Solution:
4Geeks designed and built a complete and smart system to let users book the amenities they can get it. It includes a Control Panel (web) for the management part and a mobile app (iOS and Android) for the residents of the apartments.
