What’s New?
You can now pair compatible biometric hardware terminals (including fingerprint scanners and facial recognition readers) directly with your 4Geeks Payroll instance.
Instead of exporting CSV files or manually cross-referencing punch cards, raw clock-in/clock-out events flow straight into the platform in real time.

- Automated Exception Rules: The platform automatically identifies late arrivals, early departures, grace periods, and shift variances according to your custom shift rules.

- Tamper-Proof Timekeeping: Direct device-to-cloud synchronization prevents manual log tampering and eliminates "buddy punching".
- Unified Timesheets: Biometric logs merge automatically with online and GPS-validated mobile check-ins for hybrid teams.

- Device Pairing: Navigate to your Stations & Location Tracking tab in 4Geeks Payroll and register your biometric reader terminal.
- Configure Work Shifts: Define standard work shifts, grace periods for tardiness, and overtime approval rules.
- Run Payroll Effortlessly: As workers check in throughout the pay cycle, their hours, delays, and overtime build an audit-ready timesheet. When it's time to run payroll, gross-to-net calculations update automatically.
